Just told someone to shape up or ship out, then moments after that i told the prick, to leave coz i dont need his dead beat service. Its so silly that people tell me im mean all this time i have been so nice, well im at that point where im agreeing with your sorry asses and if i feel you dont add value to me or us then get lost is my new line to deal with people who just dont seem to step up.
Out with the poeple lacking in drive and in with the ones that have a bigger vision.

Vision is what makes for accomplishment. Most people who just slide along through life use no more than 10% of their brain power. What a waste!
